The place was clean and stylish, it had really friendly staff from the manager and assistant managers. The hotel was in a fantastic location really close to the beautiful gardens and balconada and the maze of one way streets going eastwards. Besides, just a few minutes from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The room was pretty nice and good sized and exquisite with flowers to surprise my wife when I arrived. Every staff member was superfriendly and affable. The venue was in a beachfront location not far from the gardens, areas providing drinks including alcohol and food throughout the day and a hill right at the seafront.

Had a really amazing stay for a truly exceptional holiday experience, glad I've chosen it. The location was great, next to El Teide National park, great restaurants nearby, and the garden overlooking the sea. And it was 300 metres from Playa el Duque beach.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very busy.
